14:30 Marie will host a stress workshop, teaching the moving medicine of Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, to help you clear not only your mind, but blockages of organs and glands as well. No experience necessary, just come with an open heart and mind.
15:00 Brian will use his Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Healing Meditation to help reach a deeply relaxed state as the beautiful frequencies and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls will take you to your own place of healing and relaxation.
