Yes, people can worry about this. But don’t, it isn’t about boxing you in at all!
Whatever your type, it doesn’t make you exactly the same as other people with the same combination of letters. Each of us is unique; that’s our gift.
But, we may tend to feel the same in certain situations, look at things, make decisions and meet our deadlines in a similar way.
We may be great in some areas where other MBTI types struggle, and vice versa. And remember there is no better or worse MBTI type to be!
That ‘box’ isn’t about restricting us inside walls, it’s just a great starting point for beginning a journey of self-awareness.
Understanding ourselves better and appreciating that people may have natural preferences that are different to ours, can help us in many aspects of our lives, both at work and at home.
So, don’t worry about being boxed in, enjoy discovering your Type!
